Just a littlie time in the Hyatt Regency emphasises the fact that it is, perhaps, the most modern, contemporary, ‘international’ hotel in Kolkata in its building and concept. The high-ceiling huge lobby, the thoroughly-modern, spacious, light-filled, interactive show kitchen, superb view of the waterbodies and gardens all make the multi-cuisine Waterside Café a very special place.
